We have a 14-day return policy for defective items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any return request out of the 14 day return time period will automatically be denied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The reason for the return must be due to a defective issue on our end and not just a change of mind as all sales are FINAL. To be eligible for a return, items must have not been exposed to customers or physically displayed on shelves, clothing racks, or mannequins in retail stores, trade shows, or fashion shows.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Cidenna is not responsible for covering any return or exchange shipping fees. The customer agrees to pay in full any fees including shipping and carrier fees when sending the items back to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We do not accept returns for products or items that have been exposed to customers or physically displayed in retail stores, trade shows, or fashion shows. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on wholesale items purchased in bulk via invoice for any reason due to manufacturing labor. All wholesale items sold are final. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return or refund was approved or not. We will also notify you if we decide that a partial refund instead of a full refund is more feasible. Full refunds or partial refunds are only provided if returns were accepted and approved by us. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
The customer has read and agreed to the policies mentioned publicly on the www.cidenna.com website before any sales transactions on cidenna.com or by wholesale PayPal invoice. Any wholesale, retail purchases or transactions made outside of www.cidenna.com via invoice are done under the same policies mentioned publicly in our policies on www.cidenna.com
